Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within the United States only. Our goal is to expand worldwide soon — stay tuned for updates as our brand grows!
When will my order be shipped?
Every order is prepared with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is on its way so you can follow your package from our door to yours.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are considered intimate beauty items, all sales are final. We take pride in ensuring every order is thoroughly inspected before shipment. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and our team will gladly assist with an exchange or store credit.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that holidays and carrier delays may slightly extend delivery times. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — your bundles are worth the wait!
How do I make a purchase?
Shopping with us is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your desired products, choose your length or texture, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout to complete your order securely through our store. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us within a few minutes. This confirms that your payment has been received and your order is being processed. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder — or contact us if you still haven’t received it.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Please double-check your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to update it before it ships.
